Use the installation media
Insert your installation media into the computer on which you plan to install Windows 10, then access your computer’s BIOS or UEFI.

However, you should find the process of accessing it by visiting your computer or motherboard manufacturer’s website.

Change Your Computer’s Boot Order
In your computer’s BIOS or UEFI, you need to find the setting for boot order.
It can appear in a section called “Boot” or “Boot Order”. It decides which devices are used when the computer is started.
The computer will not boot into the Windows 10 installation tool until this drive is turned on, more in boot order than the drive holding the computer’s current operating system.
You should have the drive (this should be your USB drive or DVD drive) at the top of the boot order menu.
If your computer uses it, you may have to disable Safe Boot.
Save Settings and Exit BIOS/UEFI

How to boot windows 10 installer
Step 1: To install Windows 10, your Windows 10 installation file must be loaded onto a disk or flash drive, to ensure that your Windows 10 installation media is connected.

Step 2: Open the Start menu. In the lower-left corner of the screen, either click on the Windows icon, or press Win key.
Step 3: Click on the power icon. Which is in the lower-left corner of the start window.
Step 4: Click on restart. Doing so will restart your computer.
Step 5: Press Del or F2 to enter the setup. This key can also be a separate key, most computers will display a message at startup that says.
“Press [key] to setup”, so watch this message when your computer is restarted to confirm the key that you must press to access the BIOS.

How to install Windows 10
